From the PostgreSQL manual:

There is no century number 0, you go from -1 century to 1 century. If you disagree with this, please write your complaint to: Pope, Cathedral Saint-Peter of Roma, Vatican."
For those who haven't heard of en_DK before, it's the "European English" (for want of a better description) locale.
It uses Commonwealth English (en_GB) for strings and ISO-14651-1 for collates.

He had scraped it clean and was gluing a new piece of felt to the roller when my brother came in and asked what the hell he was doing. My family ever since refers to attempting computer maintenance when you don't know what you're doing as "re-felting the mouse"
